I loved Caroline very much in the 60's (we couldn't really pick up 266 from here without using my Uncles radio receiver) but there was just something about R.N.I.

Apparently "someone" is relaying Caroline on 648 Khz out in East Anglia again now that the Dutch have stopped using it.
Good luck to them and I hope they don't get nicked.

It's from my neck of the woods, Mid Suffolk. It's the local pirate who often relay Caroline on 567, 1566 or since BBC World Service quit, 648.They also broadcast their own programmes occasionally as Radio Albatross.

A year or so ago, I was crossing the Orwell Bridge, scanned the medium wave band and there was a stonking signal on 819. They were playing Man Of Action. Part of me thought that RNI was back!
