It amazes me how much trouble the Radio Nord guys take for just some short celebration airtime. Especially the shortwave transmitter must have cost a lot of money, not to mention the mast.
Do you know more about their transmission plans? I know they'll be back in May, but is that the end or can they do regular intervalls?
Paul - unfortunately I don't know anything - and even my reception report was quoted falsely (I had sent in a SW-reception-report - not MW

)
But I got a reply from Rony Forslund that they will send me a QSL card.
SW reception was okay (anorak-quality) that tuesday afternoon...
But if you are interested just ask them what their plans are - this is the e-mail addr.

- But for Dxing you should try 1395 khz. (MAR) - they are constantly testing both frequencies 1395 and 1314 khz. -
(either John or Jackie told me that they "keep 1395 warm "

)
Hello Alex,
I confirm that you have been listening to Radio Nord Revival as indicated by your report. QSL cards will soon be available.
We will be on the air again on May 27-29 so I hope you will be able to listen in then. More information about our transmission will be constantly published on www.radionordrevival.blogspot.com
Thanks and all the best from Sweden,
Ronny Forslund
