To access any of them, the procedure is a bit involved but:

* Click on one of the underlined links, you'll be transferred to the download page and the show should start playing in your browser. To download the show to your PC, continue with the following instructions.
* You'll see a little blank 'screen' in the web page. In the top left-hand corner of the blank screen, you'll see a little 'download file' link. Click this.
* On the following page, click 'download now'. You'll have to wait about a minute (there'll be a countdown timer).
* When the timer reaches zero, it'll change to a link labelled 'here'. Click on the word 'here' to start the download.

Note: If a pop-up Ad suddenly obscures the main screen, click the large Skip Ad button in the top right-hand corner.

Thanks for posting the links Cookie, I recorded both shows but clicking on the link was much more convenient.
The final track on the second show was very appropriate for Big L fans, thanks for dedicating it to everyone - including the doubters. I won't give the game away as to what it is.

I caught Cookie's second show, and the last track was perfect!

I will have to try and catch up on the other show during the week or next weekend.

I thought you were apologising for playing "Night Fever" - I hear it every Monday night when I'm at McDonald's (they listen to Heart). Then I heard you emphasizing 1395kHz. Something tells me I'll never live that down: [link]

Well, I guess I should be apologising for playing something played by Heart. Just goes to show, even Heart have one or two decent records in their library. Mind you, shouldn't it be McDonalds that should be apologising, for making you listen to Heart? I thought torture wasn't allowed under the Geneva Convention?
Don't worry though, you can be sure I won't be playing it every week
